Meet the Chef

We worked closely with Indianapolis chef, Meredith Iacocca, to develop our summer menu. She is a professional chef with a passion for creating food that nourishes, heals, and helps others thrive. She is a certified Nutritional Therapy Consultant and created her business Abundant Plate Wellness.

Through Abundant Plate, Meredith creates balanced, nutrient-dense food that is approachable, no fuss and thoughtfully prepared. She specializes in entirely gluten- and dairy-free meals and sources ingredients as locally, organically, and seasonally as possible.

Abundant Plate’s focus is to help others create an intuitive, healthy relationship with food, where they can feel nourished, supported, and unrestricted.
