Easy Purée Popsicle Recipe

If you're looking for a healthy snack to cool yourself and the fam off in the summer heat, try this super easy popsicle recipe! 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 water 
  • 1/2 cup raspberries and blueberries, finely chopped
  • Café Baby Blueberry Peaches purée

Tools: 

Instructions:
    1. Mix water, fruit and purée together in a small bowl
    2. Pour evenly into breast milk tray
    3. Take a spoon and break up any clumps of fruit
    4. Freeze for 5-6 hours
    5. Remove from freezer
    6. Turn tray upside down and pop out popsicles into a container
    7. Store in the freezer
